By accessing our website, you agree to comply with our terms and conditions. All content is for informational purposes only and may not be reproduced without permission. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

In the event of no-show, a fee of one night’s room charge (inclusive of any applicable prevailing government tax) will be charged to your credit card provided at the time of reservation or as per any revised conditions of booking as per the offer.

Heritage home reserves the right to send guests away from the Heritage home due to their conduct and behaviour or for any other safety, security, medical reasons.

Guests will not be permitted to compromise the health, safety and security aspects of the Heritage home at any point of time.

Guests are bound to produce an original proof of identity at the time arrival.

Special terms of offer will be applicable for the respective bookings and in case of conflict, the terms of such special offers will prevail.

In case of conflict in the actual bill provided to you after the receipt of services, the terms of the bill will prevail.

Neatness and hygiene should be adequately maintained by the Guest. The Guest should always adhere to the safety, security and hygiene advise duly provided by the Holiday home and should avoid breaching the same. The Guest will be solely responsible for any such violation if identified.

All the assets and valuables of the Heritage home should be duly maintained adequately and should not be damaged or destroyed. The Heritage home has the discretion to levy any charges in future if it is proven beyond doubt that such damage/destruction to the asset of the Heritage home (both movable and immovable) have been done or caused by the Guest.

Management and staff work hard to provide a safe and secure environment. We do everything possible to ensure a secure environment is maintained and we ask that our guests do also. Heritage home takes no responsibility for any personal possessions that are lost, stolen or misplaced whilst on the premises due to the acts and omissions of the guests themselves.

Lost property found on the premises is logged and kept in a secure location for a period of three (3) months. Thereafter items are either disposed of or donated to charity. Heritage home accepts no responsibility for contacting individuals in relation to lost property. Perishable items retrieved from rooms after check out are only held until close of business that day.

Claimed items can be collected from the Heritage home with valid identification or alternatively the Heritage home can arrange postage on behalf of the guest at their expense.

The Heritage home is not responsible for damage or disappearance of vehicles kept in the parking area. The Heritage home is obliged to clearly express in the parking area that the area is not supervised and the heritage home is not responsible for the property kept in there.

The management reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes.

We do our best to ensure reservation arrangements are satisfactory, however, the Heritage home does not accept any liability for any loss financial or otherwise, travel delay, injury, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond our control. These include, but not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, civil disturbance, defects in vehicles, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disaster, war, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, changes to Government regulations, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or industrial action.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations before 24 hours of booking date is refundable, transaction charges may be detected.
No refund for cancellation within 24 hours of booking date.
Refund will be initiated into original payment source in 5-7 working days
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and committed to protecting your personal information. We collect and use your data only to provide and improve your experience.
SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you do a booking, as part of the booking process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our updates about Heritage home.
SECTION 2 - CONSENT
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a booking, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent?
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at raveepuliyassery@yahoo.co.in
SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - PAYMENT
We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.
Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
